Refund, Exchange and Return Policy

NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM WORK.  50% deposit or full payment, no if ands or buts about it. Sezzle is also available as a payment option. Deposits are absolutely NON_REFUNDABLE.

Returns or exchanges are not allowed for custom items. We do however offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase if it is the wrong size or color. You can return your product for store credit, or a different product.

 

Exchange Circumstances:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

Refunds are allowed under the artists' discretion. Deposits are NOT refunded at any time. 

Shipping Policy

Shipping varies by purchase. When ordering custom items, timeline will be discussed with you via consultation or email. For ready made items, shipping will be between 2-5 business days excluding processing time. A estimate will be communicated with you. Shipping times are spotty due to COVID, that is not in my control. Once an item has been shipped, it is then up to you to track your package. The tracking number will be provided to you. If package is missing/lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact USPS to file a claim. It is your responsibility.
